The Raphael Recanati International School (RRIS) at Reichman University is looking for an International Marketing Associate (Junior position)

Job Description:

• Assist the International Marketing Director to execute the day-to-day marketing plan of the Raphael Recanati International School.

• Organize various marketing activities and events on and off campus.

• Attend and support online & offline marketing events.

• Manage and train a team of student employees and marketing volunteers

• conduct market research to target potential new leads

• Assist with the production of marketing materials and campaigns

• Maintain and update social media platforms as well as the school's website

• Update relevant marketing material to different websites and social media platforms

• Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases

• Work with a professional editor to review newspaper ads and online advertisements

Job requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a marketing related field – MUST (RRIS graduate – an advantage!)

• Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew – MUST

• Proven experience in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) – an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize projects, attention to details.

• High motivation and willingness to work hard and unusual hours.

• Great project management skills.

• Customer service orientation.

• Tech Savvy and full proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; video production and various presentation software

• IDF or National Service - an advantage
