For our team, we are seeking a talented recruiter and operation coordinator!

The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Reichman University /at Herzliya Pituach offices. Travel outside the office will be required when necessary. There is a possibility of hybrid work later.

Key job responsibilities:

Lead the admission process cycle - plan, manage, execute, and monitor.

The recruiter will assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

Will manage the data and update the details in Google sheets/Excel and the CRM software (we use Salesforce).

Engaged in marketing strategy based on candidates and data.

Provide recruitment reports to team managers.

Work with Stack holders and vendors


Requirement- Basic Qualifications:

Excellent personal skills

Passion for HR and Talent Acquisition methods

A great team player

Multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements

Process-driven, Can-do approach

Good time-management skills

High organizational skills and superb attention to details

Capacity to scan large quantities of resumes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking: - Hebrew (Mother tongue). Proficiency in English (mother tongue English- benefit)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) - Must


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Recruiting experience is preferred, but- if you do not have previous experience, and you are talented and a quick learner, then don't worry- we will teach you the Job!

Proven experience in an operational/ coordinator role or equivalent.
