Chief Technology and Training Officer (CTTO)
Organization: Google and Reichman Tech School (Reichman University)
Reports To: CEO
The CTTO has two core responsibilities:
(1) Overseeing the development and delivery of the school's programs and courses, and (2) Serving as the school's top-level liaison with Google and other industrial partners. This includes monitoring evolving market needs, developing and updating cutting edge programs and courses, recruiting and hiring instructors, and evaluating the school's operations.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in technology, education/training, software development, and team leading.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the school's programs and courses
• Recruit, hire and evaluate instructors and teaching assistants
• Evaluate and oversee the school's ongoing training operations
• Participate in developing and implementing the school's technology strategy
• Develop budgets for new projects and initiatives
• Represent the school at industry events and conferences
• Monitor market needs and their impact on training programs
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in technology education
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related areas
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, education, or business; PhD an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in technology education / training
• Experience in leading software development teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social mobility
