Eitan Wertheimer is a leading figure in the international business world and a renowned philanthropist. “IDC taught a few important lessons: One was ‘we can stand on our own two feet and not be dependent on the state budget.’ Another lesson was ‘we're here to learn what's next and how to remain relevant in a world that moves so fast.’

Wertheimer is one of Israel's greatest industrialists and has contributed greatly to the advancement of Israeli society. He has served as the CEO and President of Iscar, a leading manufacturer of innovative and unique cutting tools, as well as the President of Blades Technology, Ltd. Wertheimer has initiated and supports countless educational, cultural, and public welfare projects, including many at Reichman University.
