Dr. Harry Radzyner

In the 25th year of IDC Herzliya (Reichman University), we sat down with our partners to hear from them how it all began. Each week, we will put up one video of the series here.

Dr. Radzyner was the first to respond to Prof. Uriel Reichman's call to establish IDC Herzliya (Reichman University). His decision to establish the Harry Radzyner Law School at a time when IDC (Reichman University) was still only a dream was an expression of faith in the bold academic vision. Dr. Radzyner founded the German Friends of IDC Herzliya (Reichman University) and established the academic cooperation between IDC and Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.

"When I was 12, I had a friend and young neighbor who told me, 'There is no amount of money that can guarantee your future, but no one can ever take what is in your head.' This became the guiding principle of my life, and one that I wanted to convey to others. IDC gave me the opportunity to do that."
