Dr. Aluma Dembo

Research and Teaching Expertise

  • Dr. Aluma Dembo is a faculty member at the Tiomkin School of Economics of Reichman University. Her research is in experimental economics with an emphasis on developing methods to test microeconomics theory. Before joining Reichman University, Dr. Dembo was a postdoctoral prize research fellow at Oxford University. Dembo earned her Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resources Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that she studied at Stanford University where she earned a master's degree in Statistics and a dual bachelor's degree in Economics and Earth Systems.
