Head of the MA program in organizational behavior and development

  • Dr. Dana Pereg is an organizational and occupational psychologist. She joined the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya in 2008, and since September 2015, she serves as head of the MA program in Organizational Behavior and Development.
    Her work seeks to bridge between the academic and organizational spheres; it focuses on the way in which an individual's professional identity is shaped, as well as on the personal and organizational practices that may contribute to this process.
    Dr. Pereg holds a PhD in psychology from Bar-Ilan University, she was certified as a group facilitator by Tel Aviv University, and has studied at the University of Michigan and Harvard University in the United States.
