Adv. Einat Katz holds an LL.B degree in Law and a B.A in Business Management from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. Einat worked in top tier law firms, specializing in commercial law, venture capital funds, high-tech companies and start-ups. Einat has taken part in complex transactions in a variety of fields, including, Internet, Media, Cyber, M&A's, Venture Capital and Private Equity investments.
Today, Einat is the director of the Legal Clinic for start-ups at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, providing legal and business support to hundreds of entrepreneurs and startups.
