• Eyal Doron, PhD is a researcher, author and corporate lecturer with expertise in developing creativity, leadership skills and readiness for the 21st century. His post-doctorate focuses on developing new models for enhancing creativity, resourcefulness and self-worth. Based on insights from disciplines of philosophy, psychology, behavioral science and media studies, and following examples of extraordinary individuals and forward-thinking organizations worldwide, Eyal has developed tools and principles that help individuals realize a creative worldview in all aspects of life in general and in the workplace, specifically.

    Eyal has served as a consultant with the Israeli Ministry of Education’s division of gifted and outstanding students and has worked with school principals, teachers and students. He is currently Head of the Interdisciplinary division of Psychology and Philosophy at the School of Psychology, a lecturer at the division of Communication, and the Head of "Creativity in Action" Executive Program at the IDC, Herzliya.

    In 2013 Eyal founded SEISEI, which works with children, gifted pupils, educational establishments, teens, at-risk youth and parents, and, as of 2016, has an outreach of 13,000 children, from a variety of populations in Israel.
