  • Published numerous articles on accounting and information economics, including on the negative value of information in various economic markets. His research in the field of accounting deals with the modeling of abstract and conceptual concepts. His recent research in economic theory deals with the application of mathematical models of cooperative game theory and of social choice and voting rules for questions in the field of real estate economics, Boards of directors and family business.
    Previously served as the Chief Accountant of the Israeli Securities Authority and later as the founder and director of the Corporate Finance Department of the Israeli Securities Authority. In the years 2018-2023 Dr Sulganik served as the Associate Provost and in 2022-2023 also as the Advisor to the President of the university.
