Prof. Uriel Procaccia

    Prof. Uriel Procaccia is a Professor of Law at Radzyner School of Law, and serves as Head of the school's LL.M program. He is also a Fellow at the Center for the Study of Rationality at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Member of the Academic Board at the Institute of Law and Culture (Rechts als Kultur), Bonn, Germany. Prof. Procaccia served as Dean of the Law School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1996-1999). He visited and lectured at various universities worldwide, including the Wharton School of Commerce and Finance, University of Southern California Law Center, University of Tuebingen in Germany, Columbia University Law School and Cardozo School of Law. Prof. Procaccia wrote the draft of the new Israeli Companies Law and in 2005 was appointed by the Securities Authority as Chair of the Advisory Committee on Alternative Trading Systems with a mandate to propose legislation to regulate ATS activities.
