Identify a partner institution for your teaching visit from the table here.
Contact a faculty member at the host institution directly (if you have any contacts) and propose a visit. Alternatively, if you do not have any contacts, then write to Nina Singer [Nina.Singer@runi.ac.il] at the Office of Global Engagement.
In both cases, you should state the following:
- Name of desired institution
- Proposed start and end date of the mobility
- Number of teaching hours (minimum of 8 hours)
- Main subject
- Overall objective of the mobility
Complete an Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Application.
Once duly populated and saved, please send it via email to Nina Singer [Nina.Singer@runi.ac.il] at the Office of Global Engagement.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a Grant Agreement prior to departure - this form will be sent to the participant with confirmation of the funding allocated plus other important documents and guidance.
Besides the required Erasmus+ paperwork, you should ensure that you have made all other practical arrangements with regard to:
- Booking air travel
- Booking accommodation
- Issuing valid insurance for the duration of the trip
Participants are expected to book their own travel and accommodation in order to obtain the best deal and maximize their Erasmus+ travel and subsistence grants. Your host institution should be able to advise on affordable and nearby accommodation.
