Research Authority Staff

The Research Authority is headed by Dr. Orit Rappaport and is divided into two main units: 

1.  Pre-Award Department – This unit gathers and disseminates information about research funding opportunities in Israel and abroad. It also assists researchers in preparing and submitting research proposals.
2.  Grant Management, Monitoring, and Control Department – This unit is responsible for opening and managing research grant budgets for projects funded by external foundations, donations, and other sources. It also oversees financial and scientific reporting to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
