The PLANETech conference - climate change technologies, which took place on 18.06.24, was a significant milestone for the Arison Center for ESG. During the conference, the center's new branch focused on climate change, led by Dr. Ruth Dagan, was officially launched.

The new forum, “Arison” X PLANETech, is a unique initiative that aims to promote financing of innovative climate technologies. The forum brings together academics and executives from the financial sector, including banks, institutional investors, and venture capital funds. Its purpose is to create an infrastructure that will enable continued financial support for the growth of innovative climate technologies.

 

The forum will work to promote dialogue between stakeholders from all stages of financing and will work on designing policy tools, incentives, and collaborations between the public and private sectors.

The initiative is seen as a significant step in promoting financing and investment in innovation in the field of climate technologies, and the organizers invite all those interested to join this important effort.
