The Arison Center for ESG’s yearlong internship program aims to encourage academic excellence and business and social leadership. It is designed for entrepreneurial, values-driven students who understand the critical role businesses play in shaping society and protecting the environment.
The Internship Program of the Arison ESG Center is an annual program that aims to foster both academic excellence as well as business and social leadership. It is intended for students who recognize the importance and impact of businesses on society and the environment, with an entrepreneurial and value-creation mindset and who strive to develop and shape the businesses and society of tomorrow.
The program includes twenty undergraduate and graduate students from all of the university's faculty, with the understanding that diversity and knowledge are necessary for making an effective and multidisciplinary impact on the business sector, to which the Arison ESG Center aspires.
The internship program - under the guidance of Prof. Eli Bukspan and Prof. Niron Hashai - operates within the framework of the Arison ESG Center. The program combines academic and practical experience with the aim of promoting business and sustainability content and deepening the knowledge, experience, and connections of the students to the business sector.
Arison ESG Center Internship Program, led by Prof. Eli Bukspan, is a year-long program designed to encourage academic excellence and business and social leadership.
The program is intended for values-driven and entrepreneurial students who recognize the importance and impact of business on society and the environment, and who seek to help shape the businesses and society of tomorrow.
The program includes approximately 20 undergraduate and graduate students from across the university’s schools, reflecting the understanding that diversity and interdisciplinary knowledge are essential for the effective, cross-sector impact on the business sector that Arison ESG Center seeks to promote.
The program is intended for students with a GPA of 85 or above and grants 4 academic credits, with a grade, as well as a certificate of specialization.
The internship program is divided into a theoretical component and a practical component:
On Sunday, December 7, 2025, a “Meaningful Coffee” session was held for students in the internship program.
On Thursday, September 4, 2025, students from all cohorts of the internship program took part in a tour of Dizengoff Center.
On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, students from the Arison ESG Center Internship Program visited Bazan Group.
So, where does our garbage go, and who deals with it? We visited the Hiriya Recycling Park and Environmental Education Center, where we were guided by Riva Waldman, Director of Communications, External Affairs and Education.
The launch event of the Arison ESG Center was held in May 2024, focusing on "Israel after October 7th, the role of the business sector in healing the Israeli society".
