July 2026 data shows stability in the assessment of the state of the nation compared to June, with 24% of the public rating the situation as good, compared to 31% in May.

National Pride

July 2026 data shows that 73% of the public express pride in the country (43% very proud, 31% proud), while 26% are not proud—reflecting a moderate decline in the share of those expressing pride and a moderate increase in the share of those who are not proud compared to June. Considering all respondents expressing pride (very proud + proud), the data continues to point to consistent gaps between coalition voters (97%) and opposition voters (75%). The data also indicates a significant widening of the gap between Jews and Arabs: while the level of pride among Jews stood at 86%, the share of Arabs expressing pride stabilized at 35% in July 2026, following a decline of approximately 10 percentage points in May

Weighing all respondents expressing pride (very proud + proud), the data continues to show consistent gaps in the level of pride between coalition and opposition voters. Coalition voters express high levels of pride (93%) compared to opposition voters (76%), a gap of approximately 17 percentage points. Additionally, there are sharp gaps between Jews (90%) and Arabs (38%) in the sense of pride in the country - a gap of approximately 52 percentage points.
