The M.A. program is designed to train its students to successfully meet future challenges in the communications research field as well as in the media industry.
A unique thesis/non-thesis academic program that underscores the impact that cutting-edge media technologies and content have on many aspects of our lives.
Advanced media technologies, artificial intelligence, computer and digitization processes, and contemporary content create a media environment that constantly evolves. The media industry, processes of content creation and distribution, as well as their effects on media audiences, are under constant and significant change.
The M.A. program in Strategic Communication is intended to develop within its students the ability to understand, act, initiate, create, and research in the current media world, in the cyber and artificial intelligence age, on different media platforms, and across diverse media realms, including the political, commercial, cultural, and social fields.
The program, which includes a research thesis track, provides an in-depth and broad theoretical and scientific basis alongside instilling practical tools for creative and ethical practice in the professional world in order to resolve media conflicts, manage communication events and content, and bring about social and cultural change.
The program's graduates can continue to Ph.D. studies and integrate into the media or hi-tech industries, in private or public organizations, in positions such as content management, branding and social media management, internal and external communication responsibility, strategic cooperation, managing marketing and advertising, etc.
