The academic year begins with the Ethel & Leonard Tigay Orientation Week on October 11, 2026.
The week-long orientation is designed to make your entry to Reichman University smooth and enjoyable. You’ll have the chance to:
- Meet fellow first-year students
- Get to know academic and administrative staff
- Explore the campus and its facilities
- Take part in lectures, discussions, and info sessions
- Join fun social activities, including a full-day trip to southern Israel
Orientation Week is an essential step in preparing for your success at Reichman University, and attendance is mandatory.
To help you along the way, the RRIS Peer Counselors, a team of 2nd and 3rd year students will be there to support you. Each freshman is paired with a peer counselor who will guide you from Orientation Week through your entire first year. Your peer counselor will reach out before you arrive on campus, whether for summer preparatory courses or Orientation Week.
