Students from all faculties entering their final year of studies at Reichman University may apply for the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. However, the candidates are required to complete a course in fundamentals of finance, taken no later than the second semester of the application year (mandatory for students from all schools except for psychology). Completion of courses in Marketing and Accounting are highly recommended. We are looking for highly motivated students with good command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing), relevant work and project experience (including exposure to entrepreneurship) and demonstrated leadership abilities.

The Zell Program is designed for undergraduates in their final year at Reichman University. In case you are a student in a different academic institution, unfortunately the program is not open for you. If you already have a bachelor degree, you're invited to read more about IDC Beyond, a full-time one-year graduate level program for entrepreneurial leadership and global impact.

As part of your online application, we require two recommendation letters (from different sources). The Admissions Committee strongly prefers professional recommendation letters that come from current or former employers. Give careful thought to choosing who will provide the recommendations, how closely have your recommenders worked with you, and can they attest to your value as an entrepreneur, your leadership and your personal qualities and interpersonal skills. Please ask the recommenders to send their letters directly (to: ZEP@idc.ac.il). In case that sending the letters by email is problematic, please bring the original letter to our offices (Adelson School, 4th floor). The recommendation letters may be in either English or Hebrew.

Participating in the Zell program is highly demanding, as the students are required to work under a very tight schedule. Working a part time job is optional, although we encourage the Zell students not to work during the year. In addition, if you have a packed school schedule, family commitments or any other serious time considerations, the Zell Program may not be right for you. If, on the other hand, you are able to commit yourself fully to the program and eventually your future team, then the Zell Program could be a great way for you to finish your degree.
