Impact Program
Impact Lab Program — Practical Learning and Driving Social Change
As part of a new initiative by the Dean of Student Affairs in partnership with the monday.com Foundation, students will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles, influencing decision-making and donation goals. This unique program offers students a hands-on learning experience: participants will study a social issue in depth and learn how to generate meaningful change through effective social investment. At the end of the program, the monday.com Foundation will donate up to 500,000 NIS to organizations selected by the students.
In the 2024-2025 academic year, the program will be held during the second semester on Tuesdays from 5:30–7:00 PM.
Program objectives:
- Introduction to the social sector
- Introduction to the concept of systems thinking and its relevance to social impact and change
- Introduction to tools for effective giving, impact measurement, social issue research, and social investment processes
- Practical experience in analyzing and leading social investment initiatives
What students will gain from the program:
- Tools for effective giving and impact measurement
- Experience in researching social issues and social investment processes
- Real-world practice in developing and leading practical investments
- Team-based research for a systemic understanding of the field
- Guidance by expert mentors
- An opportunity to present before donors at a Demo Day event

Target audience and requirements:
- Open to students from all schools and all years of study, both undergraduate and graduate
- Passion for social issues
- Availability and willingness to invest two hours a week in independent work
- Motivation to create meaningful impact in Israel’s social sector
