Single apartments designed to accommodate one student, apartments for couples, accessible apartments for students with special needs.

Apartments are fully furnished and equipped to meet residents’ needs. Each apartment has an air conditioner and private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen too is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave (including a grill), and electric kettle. The bedrooms have a desk, closet, television, air conditioner, and dining table. In addition, self-service laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers are at residents’ disposal.

Registration fees: 100$

Rent for a single apartment is $950 per month, roommate apartment - $820 per month and a couples apartment $1500 per month. In the western dormitory buildings (Ronson Buildings) the monthly rent is 800$.

Residents will enjoy the use of a cafe, sports field, prayer rooms, and more. The dorm buildings were designed and planned to meet green building standards. In order to meet students’ needs, the dorms include study lounges that enable students to focus on their studies and enjoy a varied social life.

A professional, experienced, and skilled staff will maintain the dorms and be at students’ service on a daily basis. The dorms also will have 24/7 security services.
