The dorms offer three types of apartments in the student dormitories:

Single apartments are studio apartments with a size of 20 square meters.
The couple apartments include two spaces - a living room and a bedroom – together a size of 40 square meters. There are also accessible rooms in the dormitories, where the general building is built according to the rules of accessibility and green construction.

The dormitories are furnished including full equipment, laundry rooms, bicycle rooms and shared study spaces in each building
The apartments are furnished and include: LCD screen, cable package, external connection, air conditioning, equipped shower and toilet room, equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic stove and electric place.
Moreover, dormitory residents can enjoy the services of the complex: self-service laundry {for a fee} and study spaces that are open 24/7
