פרופ' יונה טייכמן

בית ספר ברוך איבצ'ר לפסיכולוגיה

  • יונה טייכמן היא פרופסור בפסיכולוגיה ופסיכולוגית קלינית מדריכה (אבחון ופסיכותרפיה).
    פרופ' יונה טייכמן עסקה בהוראה ומחקר בביה"ס למדעי הפסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטת תל-אביב. במשך 6 שנים עמדה בראש המגמה הקלינית של הילד.
    עם היווסדו לימדה גם בחוג לפסיכותרפיה באוניברסיטת תל-אביב. בשנים האחרונות מלמדת באוניברסיטאות בפולין ובמסגרת האגודה לטיפול קוגניטיבי התנהגותי שם.
    אגודה זו העניקה לה חברות כבוד. אחד מתחומי ההתמחות שלה הוא הטיפול המשפחתי ככלל וטיפול משפחתי בדיכאון בפרט. כרקע לנושאים אלה השתלמה בטיפול משפחתי אצל פרופ' סלוודור מנוחין ובטיפול קוגניטיבי בדיכאון אצל פרופ' ארון בק, שניהם מאוניברסיטת פנסילבניה, פילדלפיה, ארצות-הברית.
    האינטגרציה המקורית שהציעה בין שתי הגישות מוצגת במודל המכונה "מודל ההדדיות של הדיכאון" וההתערבות הטיפולית הנגזרת ממנו נקראת "טיפול משפחתי קוגניטיבי בדיכאון".
    גישה זו זכתה לפרסום בכתבי עת ובפרקים בספרים אחדים. הגישה הוצגה בסדנאות בכנסים בינלאומיים ולאנשי מקצוע בארצות רבות.
    תחום עניין נוסף של פרופ' טייכמן הוא התפתחות של סטראוטיפים ודעות קדומות בקרב ילדים ונוער. בשיתוף עם פרופ' דניאל בר-טל חקרה את הנושא, הרצתה בכנסים בינלאומיים ופרסמה מאמרים וספר אשר בשנת 2006 זכה בפרס מטעם האגודה הבינלאומית לפסיכולוגיה פוליטית.
