Dr. Noa Morag

Dr. Noa Morag is the Head of the Interactive Track at Reichman University's School of Communication. Previously, she worked with various media companies in Israel and the U.S., including HBO in New York and Noga Communications in Israel. She holds a BA in Communication and Management from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and an MPS in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU. Noa has developed interactive content for children's TV, pioneering the creation of an interactive TV series.

She later earned an additional master's degree and a doctorate in the Science, Technology, and Society (STS) program at Bar-Ilan University, focusing on digital fabrication technologies and Israel’s maker movement. Dr. Morag lectures on product design, UX/UI, and technological innovation, with her research centering on ethics and technology interfaces. Her recent publications explore the design processes behind new technologies and the ethical challenges these technologies present when used by the public.
