Previously, he was also  VP of Development at Noga-ISO.

In his role, he leads significant transactions in the Israeli economy, including in the areas of energy and renewable energy

A seasoned energy innovation professional with 25 years of technology & investment experience and eco-system building. Ms. Baron established and managed the investment & innovation system at Israeli Aerospace Industries and the Israeli Electric Company. Co-founder of the Energy Technical Academy Group.

Hila holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sustainability from Reichman University. She is a graduate of the Aviram Climate and Sustainability Program and the Matanel Seminar, and leads the institute’s initiatives, with focus on the Internship Program.
