Between September 8th and 14th, approximately 70 students from four MBA tracks at Reichman University — Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Business Development, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, and Real Estate — participated in an enriching study tour in New York.

During the tour, the students visited a wide range of organizations and companies, where they met with CEOs, investors, consulting firms, entrepreneurs, startups, banks, venture capital funds, and academic institutions. The main goal of the tour was to provide students with first-hand insights into the success ecosystem, exposing them to best practices, common challenges, and important lessons. Additionally, the students drew inspiration from individuals whose careers have been shaped by both successes and failures.

This enriching experience was designed to equip the students with the knowledge and motivation to pave their own paths, learning from the real-world experiences of industry leaders. As part of the tour, the students visited companies such as BlackRock, New Mountain Capital, Baron Capital, Outbrain, McKinsey, BCG, Google, Evercore, BSE Global, NYSE, Team 8, Deloitte, Columbia University Business School, Tulu, First Spark Ventures, Differential, Cherre, First Round Capital, Greenfield Partners Ventures, Carson Living, Aidoc, Daisy, Mesh Payments, Israeli Mapped in NY, K Health, Pearl Cohen, Kaltura, Elise AI, JLL, Five Points Development Group, Northwind Group, Silverstein Properties, APF Properties LLC, Carmel Partners, Brookfield, ODA Architecture, BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group, Kushner Properties, Ariel Property Advisors, DH Property Holdings, Herrick Feinstein LLP, IDB Bank, and an innovation workshop at CornellTech.

During the visits, the students were exposed to a wide range of fields and topics, including financial management, technological entrepreneurship, real estate development, and business innovation. They had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss current challenges, and learn about future market trends. The tour also included practical workshops, where the students worked in teams on innovative projects, using the tools and methods learned during the visits.

The New York tour not only enriched the students’ professional knowledge but also strengthened their interpersonal connections, creating opportunities for future collaborations. The students returned to Israel with new insights, important professional connections, and inspiration for their continued professional journey.
