Job description
- Full time position
- Select and supervise teaching assistants
- Coordinate the activities of the main school club, including Model United Nations
- Coordinate the internship program, identify new potential cooperations, crafts internship agreements, mentor students during internship program in collaboration with academic staff
- Organize conferences and meetings with students and faculty
- Works closely with the Academic Director of the Program, Dean's office, and Student Administration
- Participate in the process leading to the adoption of new academic curricula
- Provide guidance to students during their studies about various opportunities
- Keep in touch with the faculty, the students, and the graduates of the program
- Support the Academic Director of the Program with academic and extracurricular activities
Requirements
- Work in a team and work on your own
- Think creatively and independently, sense of initiative
- Fluent English (mother tongue level) is required
- Good Hebrew proficiency
- Interpersonal skills
- Preference for graduates of the Government program (Israeli or International program) who finished in 2023 or earlier
- Experience and familiarity with the relevant ecosystems (governmental and diplomatic offices, think-tanks, faculty, NGOs, UN, etc.) are an advantage (not required)
- Administrative skills, ability to organize, keep track, follow up, work in an academic environment
