Manager, Student Exchange & Erasmus + Mobility Programs

Job Description

• Full management and operation of Reichman University’s Student Exchange Program, for both outgoing students studying abroad and incoming students
• leadership of Erasmus+ mobility programs for both students and faculty
• Ongoing communication and relationship management with partner universities in Israel and abroad, including agreements, updates, and implementation of new collaborations
• Management of information and communication with applicants and participants, in coordination with relevant Deans and administrative units
• Oversight of the maintenance and regular updates of the program’s website and digital presence
• Planning and execution of annual events such as the Outgoing Student Exchange information session, pre-departure session, and welcome activities for incoming students
• Participate in international conferences and visits to partner universities (approximately 1–2 times per year), with the scope and destinations varying annually according to institutional priorities and evolving needs
• Preparation of the annual work plan and implementation of strategic objectives
• Additional tasks as required by the unit
• Full-time position
• Start date: Position available immediately

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree - required; Master’s degree - an advantage
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Excellent command of MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high service orientation and cultural sensitivity
• Proven experience in project management and teamwork
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to learn, lead, and drive strategic processes in a dynamic environment
