You received an admissions letter from Reichman University to the Student Exchange Program to one of our partner universities -
NOW WHAT:
- You must fill out the Google Form by the date listed in your admissions letter and either confirm or decline your placement.
- Once you confirm, the Reichman University Student Exchange Team sends your nomination to your host university by their nomination deadline.
- You’ll receive an email from your host university with application instructions. This e-mail can take a few weeks to a couple of months. To get an idea of when you might receive this e-mail, look at the nomination and application deadlines listed on the host university’s factsheet.
- Make sure you thoroughly read through the "Next Steps" document you received in your initial admissions e-mail from Reichman University's Exchange Office.
- In May of each year, students who will be going out on exchange, are required to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation event. This event provides the students tools for navigating academic and cultural challenges abroad and key information needed before, during and after their exchange program.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your participation in the exchange program after the date listed in your admission letter from Reichman University, your cancellation will be reviewed by a disciplinary committee.
In cases where the committee determines that there is no justification for cancellation, the student will be charged a $350 fine.
