Application Period: 

The application period for the 2026-2027 academic year is November 16, 2025, to August 31, 2026. 

The application process is on a rolling basis. Applications submitted before May 2026 will receive priority in the review process. Review of applications will begin in mid-February. 

Applications submitted after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to available space in the program.
