Preparatory English Course 

This course is designed to prepare non-native speakers for academic studies in English.

Depending on previous studies and level of English proficiency (demonstrated on an English proficiency exam), students may be required to participate in the English language preparatory course.

Applicants’ acceptance letter will state whether they are required to take it.

Participation: Students are expected to actively participate in class activities and complete the homework assignments to reach their full potential from this learning experience.

Attendance: Students who attend less than 80% of the lessons or fail to achieve a passing course grade (60 out of 100), will be required to achieve a final grade of at least 70 in the subsequent course – "English Advanced 1" instead of the usual 60 minimum required grade to pass the course.

• Length of the course: 33 academic hours (11 sessions)
