Omek

Apolitical student organization which works to improve the quality of legislation in Israel.

Since 2013, Omek has been actively taking part in consolidating more than 100 bills based on the research done by the organization, collaborating with more than 50 Knesset members from different parties.

Omek is composed of teams made up of 100 excelling law students from the leading law faculties in Israel - Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University, Bar-Ilan University, Sapir College and Reichman University. These students are chosen carefully after a sorting and training process in order to take part in different research functions in the organization.

The program includes 4-5 meetings throughout the semester, in addition to guided meetings and close accompaniment for the volunteers.
