On February 19, we held the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy Alumni Conference — an evening that was fascinating, meaningful, and unexpectedly funny. The highlight of the event was a touching and humorous talk by IDF Arabic Spokesperson Col. Avichay Adraee, who offered rare insights into Israel’s current diplomatic and strategic challenges.
Adraee shared the ways in which Israel conducts dialogue with its enemies during wartime, providing a glimpse into the complex and creative world of diplomacy in times of crisis.
Alumni from across the years — including members of the very first graduating class — returned to reconnect, exchange hugs, and capture joyful moments with friends and faculty.
