Switcher
AI-voice assistant designed to support the mental shift from work to home
What is it?
Switcher is an AI voice assistant designed to support working women during one of the toughest moments of the day, the shift from work to home. You know the feeling: the workday’s over, but your mind’s still racing. You walk in the door, the house is chaotic, and before you know it, you snap, then feel guilty. And it keeps happening. Switcher is here to help break that cycle.
Switcher was created for that exact moment. It accompanies you in the car, in the “in-between” space, and offers a short, personalized emotional check-in that brings you back to what truly matters. With every use, Switcher learns more about you, fine-tuning its responses to provide more accurate support, tailored specifically to your needs.
The system is based on ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — a research-backed psychological approach that doesn’t try to eliminate difficult emotions, but rather transforms how we relate to them. Instead of avoiding emotions, Switcher helps you sit with them without judgment, reconnect to your values, and take action aligned with the person you want to be.

How does it work?
The experience begins with a short onboarding process, where users choose their core values, the emotional state they want to arrive home in, and what helps them relax, whether it's music, guided breathing, or a supportive affirmation. This allows Switcher to get to know the user and shape a personalized interaction.
From that moment on, Switcher becomes a natural part of the daily ride home. It integrates with Waze, automatically detects when you start your drive, and runs in the background without interfering with navigation or requiring any manual input. Each ride triggers a brief, customized emotional intervention: a breathing exercise suitable for driving, a value-based reminder, or a favorite song that gently bridges the gap between worlds.
At the end of the day, the app offers a reflection moment to enhance the experience and help the user recognize the emotional journey she went through — encouraging gratitude, self-awareness, and a sense of progress.
