Criminal Proceeding Workshop

In this workshop, students will learn the practice of criminal proceeding. The topics examined in the workshop will include among other things: Introduction to the legal defense, getting familiar with a police investigation, cross-examine witnesses in court, hearing prosecution, plea bargains, sentencing arguments, Psychology and Law, Communication and Law, Economics and Law, and more.
