The annual RRIS Shabbaton offers the perfect getaway for our students. A relaxing Shabbat in one of Israel’s beautiful Kibbutzim. The Shabbaton includes bike rides, hikes, and Jewish learnings.
The RRIS went on a tour to the Druze Community in Daliat El Carmel to explore the city and its market, learn about the deep connection between the Druze and the land of Israel, and enjoy traditional Druze food (Kosher certified!).
Every year, the RRIS takes students on a Jerusalem Hannukah Tour, where we visit old neighborhoods and learn about their history and the different cultures that are present during this magical time.
