Nadav Friedman Hagbi

Nadav Friedman Hagbi, 26 years old, grew up in Maryland, USA, and moved to Kfar Saba, Israel, at the age of 10. He is currently in his second year of the double degree program in Law and Business Administration at Reichman University. Nadav served as a combat officer in the IDF’s Tank Corps for 5 years and later worked in the defense industry. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, volunteering with people with special needs, and cooking. He has also been involved in the university’s Negotiation Club and on the volleyball team.

Ilay Regev

Ilay Regev, 23 years old from Tel Aviv, is a second-year Entrepreneurship & Business Administration student at the RRIS. He lived for two years in Alabama, USA, and four years in Rome, Italy. He is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Italian. Ilay played professional basketball for 13 years, in Israel and abroad, though he prefers playing and watching football. His favorite team is Maccabi Tel Aviv, and attending their games is one of his favorite activities. At the age of 17, he co-founded Baydex, a startup company that could analyze and identify the cause of a baby’s cry using soundwave patterns. After high school, he enlisted in the Israeli Air Force and served in a special unit. Immediately after completing his military service, he applied to his degree, where he greatly enjoys his studies and has met his best friends.
