Sophie Malka Waldman

Sophie Waldman, 23, is originally from Virginia, USA. She is a second year student in Economics & Entrepreneurship with Data Science at Reichman University. Sophie moved to Israel at 17 after graduating from high school, joined Garin Tzabar, and served in the IDF as a dental hygienist. Known for her optimism and love of meeting new people, she enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, cooking, and sharing meals with friends. Besides being a peer counselor in the RRIS, Sophie will also be part of the Tamid Club team. Passionate about being involved in student life, Sophie is dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for her peers. She looks forward to helping new students settle in and make the most of their university experience.
Ariel Goldman

Ariel Goldman, 23, was born and raised in California and now lives in Herzliya. At age 15, she made Aliyah on her own to finish high school in Israel through the Naale Elite Boarding School program in Hod Hasharon. She drafted into the Search and Rescue unit and completed a full combat service in 2023. Following a year of reserves, she started her studies in Communications at Reichman University. Her eight-year adventure in Israel has been shaped by diverse experiences, from serving as a lone soldier in the IDF to pursuing her passions in the podcast studio on campus, storytelling, and community building. Outside of school, she loves running, yoga, baking, and traveling. She is looking forward to meeting everyone, embracing the opportunities ahead, and continuing to make the most of everything Reichman University has to offer.
Yuval Alon

Yuval is 23 years old and a second year Entrepreneurship & Business student at Reichman University. She grew up mostly in Tel Aviv and has also lived in Panama and Nigeria, so she understands how exciting and overwhelming it can be to start somewhere new. She became a counselor to help new students find their place, feel comfortable, and build the kind of friendships that made her own first year so special. She loves bringing people together, whether it’s over coffee, at the beach, or just walking around campus.
