Ella Carmel
Ella Carmel, 24 years old, was born in Kfar Saba, Israel, before moving to the Bay Area in California, USA, at the age of 13. She is currently a second-year student at the Baruch Ivcher School of Psychology at Reichman University, with hopes of becoming a clinical psychologist. She spent her childhood in Tzofim, serving as a counselor and lead of counseling and logistics, and volunteered in the Jewish community. After living abroad for 8 years, Ella made Aliyah by herself in 2022 and now lives in Herzliya. In her free time, she enjoys watching films, spending time at the beach, attending live concerts, and listening to music. Ella is very excited to step back into a counselor’s role and is looking forward to supporting and welcoming new students into Reichman University!
Yaly Yechezkel
Yaly Yechezkel is 25 years old and originally from Kfar Saba. She is starting her second year of a double degree in Psychology and Business Administration. After completing five years of service in Unit 8200 as a Captain, she decided to try something completely different and worked in a pastry kitchen. While she really enjoyed the experience, she knew it was time for a new chapter and chose to pursue a degree that combines two of her biggest interests. She loves psychology and hopes to manage large projects in the future, making the combination of psychology and business the perfect fit for her. In her free time, Yaly loves working out, baking for the people she loves, and listening to good music. She can’t wait to meet everyone!
Maayan Adir
Maayan Adir, 25 years old, was born and raised in Israel and is currently a second-year Psychology & Business Administration student at Reichman University. She served for five years as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, where she gained extensive experience in leadership, responsibility, project management, and working with people. Alongside her studies, Maayan has always had a strong interest in fashion. She studied fashion design at Shenkar and later spent time living in Paris, where she also studied fashion business. Her time in Paris gave her the opportunity to experience life in a new environment and explore her passion for fashion and culture. At Reichman, Maayan is involved in the International School community and enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and getting to know their stories. She is naturally very people-oriented and brings a combination of leadership experience, curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in people to her role as a mentor. She is very excited to be part of the Reichman community and to meet the students she will be mentoring this year.
