Application & Selection Process

 


Admission to the program is based on a structured, competitive selection process designed to identify exceptional students with strong intellectual ability, curiosity, creativity, and motivation to solve real-world problems.


Applications open on March 30th, 2026 and closes on April 30th, 2026

Step 1 – Online Application Form - 


Candidates are required to complete the online application form. As part of the submission, applicants must upload the following materials directly through the form:


• A CV in English 
• A headshot photo
• A proposed venture (either a one-page Word document and/or a 5-slide presentation in PPT/PDF format)

 

The proposed venture should be original and written in English, and must include:


(1) the environmental problem you aim to solve – be as specific as possible, 
(2) the people who suffer from this environmental problem – provide rough figures,
(3) your solution (does not have to be a technological solution),
(4) the people who are likely to pay for your solution – provide rough figures of the market, 
(5) what would you need to validate your idea


• A personal statement (up to 300 words, in English) outlining the applicant’s fit for the program and expected contribution
• GPA on a 100-point scale and most recent grade report
• Names and contact details of two referees

Step 2 – Application Review


All applications are carefully reviewed by a selection committee. A limited number of candidates will be shortlisted.

 

Step 3 – Group Dynamics Assessment


Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a group dynamics session, which will take place on May 17th (afternoon) and May 18th (morning).
Applicants are expected to ensure their availability on these dates. 

 

Step 4 – Personal Interview and Case Study Analysis 


Candidates who successfully pass the group dynamics stage will be invited for an interview and case study analysis.

 

Final Decision


Final admission decisions will reflect a holistic review of each candidate’s application and performance, while also considering cohort composition and diversity across backgrounds and experiences.


Admissions decisions will be released no later than June 15th, 2026

 

Important Dates


Students accepted to the Aviram Program, will be required to attend the following events/activities (dates subject to change) prior to the beginning of the following academic year:
• Program Onboarding Sessions (June, 2026; October, 2026) 
•  Annual Closing Event of the Aviram Program on Monday evening, June 22th, 2026
• Summer Program (TBD)
• A three day study tour during orientation week, October 2026. Exact dates will be announced soon.
