Ella Ben Moshe
Ella Ben Moshe was born and raised in Tel Aviv. She is a third-year student of Sustainability and Governance at Reichman University. Last year, she managed Pitch Night, Israel’s largest student startup competition, and previously worked as a product manager. Ella loves spending time hiking in nature and is a former tour guide. She is most interested in renewable energy.

Uriya Lahav
Uriya Lahav grew up in Kfar Yedidia and currently lives in Tel Aviv.
He served for six years as an officer in a special unit of the Israeli Air Force.
Uriya is a third-year student of Economics and Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Data Science, and he is also part of the university’s honors program in entrepreneurship.
Last year, he interned as a Founder Associate at a food supply chain startup aimed at reducing food waste.
He now works as the Operations Associate of a growing fintech startup.
In his free time, Uriya enjoys traveling both in Israel and around the world. -
Aya Efron
Aya Efron studies Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and is a member of the Honors Program at the Arison School of Business. She was recognized on the Dean’s List in two academic years. Alongside her studies, she interned at a climate-focused venture capital fund and at the Arison Center for ESG, led a conference on sustainable food and AgTech innovation, and joined a student exchange program at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Aya served for six years in Unit 8200 in research, data analysis, and management roles, where she established new teams, mobilized resources, and led cross-organizational projects. She volunteers in social initiatives and is driven by a passion for sustainability and climate innovation, striving to create measurable impact through business-driven solutions.

Gal Yechezkel
Gal Yechezkel was born in Modi'in and lives in Tel Aviv. He currently studies Business Administration and Entrepreneurship in the Honors Program at Reichman University. Before his studies, he worked for six months in Senegal and later joined a startup in the supply chain field. In his free time, he enjoys strategy games and reading. Gal is most interested in foodtech, energy, and global development in emerging regions.

Yael Stein grew up in Givatayim. She studies Communication with a specialization in Marketing at Reichman University, where she manages the university’s Marketing Club. In her free time, she enjoys sports, cooking, and playing the piano. Yael is passionate about marketing and aims to inspire people to make everyday choices that create a better world.

Bar Chriqui
Bar Chriqui was born and raised in Tel Aviv. He currently studies Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Reichman University. Bar works as a surf instructor and takes part in developing sustainable products in the surfing industry. He enjoys traveling the world in search of waves.

Erel Tenenbaum
Erel Tenenbaum is a final-year student in Economics and Entrepreneurship with a data specialization at Reichman University. Originally from Tel Aviv, she combines analytical skills with a passion for innovation and social impact. Erel works at the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, where she manages large-scale philanthropic partnerships and mental health budgets, and serves as Director of Campuses for the national Venture Capital Club, leading chapters across Israeli universities. She previously worked as a communications consultant for leading firms and startups and hosts two podcasts, World of Impact and Academics, exploring the intersection of technology, sustainability, and society. Erel is deeply committed to advancing double bottom line ventures that create both economic and social value. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, tennis, reading, watching films, listening to music, and traveling.

Bar Toledano
Bar Toledano was born and raised in Zichron Ya’akov and is currently studying Economics & Entrepreneurship with Data Science at Reichman University. He served for seven years as an officer in the Israeli Air Force and later worked for two years as a Product Manager at Playtika. Last term he interned at Amiti Ventures, a deep-tech venture capital firm. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, running, and traveling.
Bar is passionate about sustainability and the connection between food and responsible consumption. -
Shira Edelman
Shira Edelman was born and raised in Moshav Herut. She studies Sustainability and Government at Reichman University, where she led the GreenBiz entrepreneurship club. Shira currently works at Chevron Israel’s Operations Support Center. In her free time, she enjoys freediving and horseback riding. Shira is most passionate about sustainable spatial planning that integrates industrial development with natural ecosystems.

Asaf Gilboa
Asaf Gilboa, 28, lives in Tel Aviv and studies Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Life Sciences. He served 5.5 years in the IAF special forces and later gained experience as a technical operations manager and venture capital analyst intern.
His interests span agriculture, energy, healthcare, and construction. He enjoys playing basketball, spending time at the beach with his dog Shula, and exploring nature. -
Jess Rubinstein
Jess Rubinstein was born and raised in Moshav Batsra and currently lives in Tel Aviv. She studies Accounting and Business Administration in the Honors Program at the Arison School of Business. Jess is part of the management team of the alumni association of the Special Operations Unit and works as a Pilates instructor in her free time. She is passionate about environmental innovation, particularly in the fields of ocean cleanup and energy storage.

Amit Dahan grew up in Rosh Haayin and is currently a third-year student of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, specializing in Finance. He is currently serving as a major in the IDF, where he has led technological teams and managed complex operational projects for over ten years. Last year, he interned as an Analyst at Kerem Capital, a private equity fund. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and baking. Amit is passionate about innovation and developing sustainable technological solutions.

Ariel Broner grew up in Modi’in. She is a Dean’s List student at Reichman University, studying Sustainability and Economics with specializations in Energy and in Data Analysis. Ariel takes part in the university’s Honors Program in Economics and managed the Impact Club in her second year of studies. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and volunteering at ERAN, emotional first aid organization. Ariel is deeply passionate about advancing the circular economy and believes in the power of connecting economics, sustainability, and innovation to create lasting impact.

Dana Zelechowski is a Sustainability and Economics student at Reichman University. She works at an algorithmic trading company in Herzliya and is registered as a broker-dealer under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In her free time she enjoys surfing, spending time by the sea and listening to reggaeton music. Dana is passionate about sustainable building design and the food industry, focusing on food-tech innovations and food waste reduction. She aspires to combine sustainability principles with business innovation to create impactful environmental solutions.

Yoav Novich, 28, was born and raised in Tel Aviv and studies Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. He served for 8 years in the IDF's Unit 8200, holding various cyber and intelligence roles. Following his military service, he has worked as a product manager and currently works at a cybersecurity company.
His interests include urban and transportation planning and supply chains. In his free time, he enjoys sports, skiing, music, and continuous learning.
