  • Adel Shapira


    Adel Shapira is a third-year Law and Business Administration student at Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University, where she serves as the student representative of her academic class. In the IDF, Adel served as a course commander in the Israeli Air Force, instructing soldiers in aerial communications. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, Adel volunteered at the Magistrate’s Court, helping unrepresented litigants navigate legal proceedings, and in the upcoming year, she will take part in the Judicial Process Practicum. Currently, Adel works as a paralegal at Telit Cinterion, an IoT company, where she supports internal compliance procedures. 

  • Avigayil Finley


    Avigayil Finley is a second-year Communications student at Raphael Recanati International School at Reichman University. Born in Los Angeles, Avigayil spent a year in Nice, France, before making Aliyah. In the IDF, Avigayil served as a combat medic in the Jordan Valley’s 417th Brigade, later becoming a Clinic Manager. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, Avigayil founded UNIseer, an AI-driven EdTech venture, and launched the university’s Ethics and Leadership Club. She also serves as Academic Coordinator for the Communications program.   Outside academics, Avigayil trains in mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and instructs Pilates.

  • Danila Stepanov


    Danila Stepanov is a third-year Business Administration student, specializing in Digital Innovation, at Raphael Recanati Internation School at Reichman University. Born in Samara, Russia, after graduating high school at the age of 17, Danila moved to Baku, where he completed a one-year preparatory program before his arrival to Israel. During his first two years of studies at Reichman University, Danila volunteered to help collect supplies for IDF soldiers following the outbreak of the Iron Swords war. He has completed courses in video editing and Python and gained practical experience working on video projects for YouTube, at a children’s camp, and by assisting in building a database for Ekolos Ltd. With strong determination and a clear drive to succeed, he is passionate about developing a startup focused on an assistive robotic arm, an initiative inspired by his personal experience living with a disability.

  • Dorin Mirilashvili


    Dorin Mirilashvili is a third-year Dean’s List student studying Business and Entrepreneurship at Raphael Recanati International School at Reichman University. She grew up in Singapore, where she held multiple leadership roles in school and within the Jewish community, and at the age of 18, Dorin made Aliyah. In the IDF, Dorin served in the foreign relations unit, where she was awarded the Outstanding Soldier Award for exceptional performance and served as the Commander's Right-Hand-Man. During her studies at Reichman University, Dorin participated in the Entrepreneurship Club’s Pitch Night Competition and was part of the Investment Group Israel’s Kol Ami group. 

  • Elan Zashin


    Elan Zashin is a fourth-year Law and Business Administration student at Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Elan made Aliyah at the age of 9. In the IDF, Elan served in COGAT’s Foreign Relations Branch, conducting high level research and strategic preparation for meetings and conferences with senior diplomats and representatives of global organizations, receiving an award of excellence for his outstanding service. During his years of studies at Reichman University, Elan has participated in the Investment Group Israel (IGI) Club and the Stand With Us Ambassador’s Club, the Upstart Venture Creation Program, the Pitch Night Start-Up competition and the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic. Elan has also worked as a paralegal for two law firms. 
    He has competed at IMG Academy Baseball in Florida and served as team captain of the Israeli National Team in championship tournaments across the U.S.A. and Europe. In his free time, Elan enjoys playing baseball and softball.

  • Eli Afik


    Eli Afik is a third-year Computer Science and Cognition student at Efi Arazi School of Computer Science at Reichman University. He is also a participant of the Computer Science Honors Program. Born in Israel, Eli spent his early childhood in Cyprus, where he lived until the age of nine. Eli completed his national service at VeHadarta, an organization dedicated to alleviating loneliness among the elderly through home visits. Eli also took part in VeHadarta’s small music group, performing at homes and community events. During his first two years of studies at Reichman University, Eli participated in the Pulse MedTech club and currently serves as a research assistant in Reichman University’s Advanced Reality Lab.

  • Elia Reed


    Elia Reed is a third-year student in the joint Law and M.A. program in Law, Technology and Business Innovation at Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University. Born a dual Italian-American citizen and raised in Germany, he later moved to New York, where he completed high school and pursued advanced Yeshiva studies before making Aliyah. In the IDF, Elia served in Duvdevan Unit, where he completed extended Keva service and continues to serve as a reservist, receiving a division-level commendation for his performance. Elia is a HESEG Foundation Scholar and a participant in its prestigious Impact Entrepreneurship Program, which supports ventures that drive social change and impact. He currently works as a paralegal at AllCloud, a leading AWS and Salesforce partner, supporting a wide range of legal operations, including commercial agreements, compliance, and data protection.

  • Evyatar Cohen


    Evyatar Cohen is a third-year Communications student at Reichman University. Born in Ramla, he completed his Sherut Leumi at Jordan River Village, an overnight camp for children with serious illnesses, and also had the opportunity to represent Israel at a summer camp in the U.S.A. through the Jewish Agency. Evyatar was also a competitive MMA fighter, competing in national tournaments.
    During his first two years of studies at Reichman University, Evyatar participated in TechTalk Clubs and took part in the CO-OP internship program, where he interned at Parametrix, an Insurtech company. In addition, Evyatar volunteered as Head of Marketing for Reichman University's Annual Democracy Day and continues to volunteer at Jordan River up until today.
    Currently, Evyatar is working on his own start-up.

  • Nicole Sher


    Nicole Sher is a third-year Business Administration and Entrepreneurship student at the Raphael Recanati International School at Reichman University. Originally from South Africa, she was actively involved in Bnei Akiva and student leadership during high school. Nicole holds a Duke of Edinburgh Award, a global level President's Award. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, participated in the fintech club. Currently, Nicole works as a Business Development and Marketing Intern at Ease Solutions, where she supports global growth through market research, lead generation, and strategic campaigns. In her free time, she enjoys photography and tennis. 

  • Noya Nahmani


    Noya Nahmani is a third-year Law and Government student at Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University. In the IDF, she served as an operations center commander in Ariel Sharon Camp, leading over 15 operations sergeants, and received the Commander’s Award for Excellence. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, she participated in the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic, where she took part in a mock trial, and was an active member of the university’s AI Club, engaging with leading experts in the field. Previously, Noya worked as a pre-intern at a real estate law firm, focusing on new residential development projects and their occupancy processes.

  • Rotem Shechter


    Rotem Shechter is a third-year student in the joint Law and M.A. program in Law, Technology, and Business Innovation at the Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University. Rotem served as a combat soldier in the Israel Border Police at the Samag Tel-Aviv Unit. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, Rotem participated in the Judicial Proceedings Practicum, the Artificial Intelligence Club, and the university’s Fashion Workshop. Currently, she volunteers at the Bereshit War Room, assisting reservists in reentering the job market. In the upcoming academic year, Rotem will take part in the Legal Clinic for Start-Ups, which offers free legal services for early-stage start-ups.

  • Shani Eshel



    Shani Eshel is a third-year Business Administration student specializing in Digital Innovation at Arison School of Business at Reichman University. In the IDF, Shani served as a captain in both operational and instructional roles in the Israeli Air Force, where she received multiple recognitions for her excellence and meaningful contribution, and she continues to serve as an active reservist. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, Shani participated in the Arison School of Business Mentoring Program for Honors Students, she was a member of the Product Club and Real Estate Club and completed the Negotiation Skills training program.

    Additionally, Shani coordinated the Intergenerational Volunteer Program, and will continue to do so in this academic year, a program that empowers the senior generation. Moreover, Shani will take part in an internship in the high-tech industry and will also coordinate the "Achim for Life" pilot program in the university, a program dedicated to support an accompany IDF disabled veterans students throughout their academic journey.  Currently, Shani works as a freelance social media manager and content creator. 

  • Tzoer Wichers


    Tzoer Wichers is a second-year student in the joint Law and MBA program at Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University. He is also a participant in the Lala Tusk Honors Law program. Originally from The Hague, The Netherlands, Tzoer made Aliyah with his family at the age of 12. In the IDF, Tzoer served as a combat soldier and commander in the Golani Brigade, where he received a certificate of excellence for exceptional performance. Before the army, Tzoer studied at “Bnei David” pre-military Yeshiva in Eli, and volunteered as an instructor at Bnei Akiva youth movement. 

  • Vered Negash


    Vered Negash is a third-year Law and Government student at Harry Radzyner Law School at  Reichman University. She is also a Marom Scholarship fellow.  In the IDF, Vered served as an Education Corps where she commanded over 180 soldiers and developed educational programs. During her first two years of studies at Reichman University, Vered took part in the Youth Representation Legal Clinic, working closely with a public defender, and in the StandWithUs Fellowship program. Currenly, Vered volunteers at a youth center for at-risk teens and tutors in the “Olim LeMishpatim” program, supporting students in overcoming language barriers in legal studies. Her professional experience encompasses coordinating international missions for the Jewish Agency, including a year of service in Montreal, Canada. 

  • Yamit Avisar


    Yamit Avisar is a third-year Business Administration Dean List's student at the Arison School of Business at Reichman University, specializing in Digital Innovation. In the IDF, Yamit served as a combat Hummer operator and instructed tactical field driving and currently serves as an active reservist with the rank of staff sergeant. Yamit is an IMPACT scholarship recipient, through which she volunteered in “Aharai-Tech” flagship events and mentored girls from youth villages in developing UN SDG-aligned apps through “Atid Plus”. Previously, Yamit worked as a flight attendant at EL AL and she currently works in the technical support division at Connecteam. Yamit is passionate about music, enjoys beach volleyball, and loves video games.

  • Zach Neppe


    Zach Neppe is a second-year student in the joint Law and M.A Program in Law, Technology and Business Innovation at Harry Radzyner Law School at Reichman University. Zach made Aliyah from Australia in 2020 and served in the Elite Counter-Terrorism Unit of the Israeli Border Police as a Lone Soldier. During his first year of studies, Zach participated in the" Law students for the community initiative", assisting those in need at the Family Court in Tel Aviv. Additionally, Zach volunteered in Telfed’s PRAS program, supporting New Olim adapt to life in Israel. Currently, Zach works as a mapping supervisor at Oriient, advancing indoor mapping solutions with their innovative indoor-GPS technology.
