On Thursday, March 12, 2026, the Arison ESG Center held a webinar in collaboration with the Foreign Trade Administration at the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Israel Export Institute on the EU Sustainability Omnibus.

European sustainability regulation is changing the rules of the game for companies operating in or exporting to Europe. For Israeli companies, this is a strategic development with direct implications for reporting, contracts, supply chains, corporate governance, and directors’ responsibilities.

In a focused professional webinar held on March 12, 2026, we presented an up-to-date overview of the European Union’s Omnibus package, as part of the Green Deal and the Clean Industrial Deal, with an emphasis on the CSRD and CSDDD regulations. We examined how these frameworks interact and what their practical implications are for Israeli exporters and companies operating in the European market.

The webinar was organized in collaboration with the Foreign Trade Administration at the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Israel Export Institute.
