AI in Warfare: What Israel’s Battles Teach Us About the Future of Conflict

On September 14–15, Reichman University’s Program on Democratic Resilience and Development (PDRD) | Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Israel hosted a two-day workshop exploring the operational, legal, and psychological dimensions of AI-assisted decision-making in warfare. 

Organized by Dr. Kasey Barr, Ph.D., the event brought together leading voices from academia, law, the military, and technology to discuss how artificial intelligence is reshaping the moral and strategic calculus of modern conflict.

Together, we began an important conversation on how AI can be integrated into defense and governance while upholding human dignity, accountability, and the rule of law.
